Helpful staff that is always there if you need them.
Mail Sorting Technician (Temporary) (Current Employee), Janesville, WI – April 16, 2013
Pros: got to learn something new and use my brain on a daily basis
Cons: the hours were a little bit crazy. sometimes you don't work at all, other weeks you work 7 days.
What I have learned from being employed through QPS is that they actually care about their employees. They always check in to see how you are doing and there is always someone on site to assist you if you need anything.

I would have to say that my co-workers are all wonderful people to work with. The hardest part of the job was running the machines – more... there because you were always alone unless you were in training. Most days it was good but some weren't so good. – less

This is a temporary service. Good experience overall
Assembler/Quality Inspector at Bergstrom Inc. (Former Employee), Rockford, IL – February 28, 2013
My typical day started at 6am and ended at 2:30pm. My first 9 months with the company I was an assembler. Learned to work at a fast pace on an assembly line. Co-workers and management were easy to get along with and helpful. The last 4 months I was a quality inspector. This was more detail oriented. I had to check parts for damages or missing components. – more... The most enjoyable part of this job was the people. They were all helpful and friendly. – less

I like places with bowling alleys, and pool tables.
Janitorial (Former Employee), North Kansas City, MO – December 18, 2012
Pros: i like free lunches from employers, but brining my own is more satisfying.
Cons: i like short breaks, because that way i don't get to bored and fall asleep, and the health care package is very nice.
•a typical day at work
I have normal days unless things start to miss up as in machines.
•what you learned
I learn to cooperate with problems at work or home. Things happen for a purpose.
•management
Management seems to be fine, no problems with managment. I do as they say, and we all have a great day.
•your co-workers
I get along with co-workers fairly – more... well. We always work as a team.
•the hardest part of the job
Keeping up with dead lines. Machines don't operate right.
•the most enjoyable part of the job
Working with products. Being able to operate forklifts. Lifting things into the air is a real challenge for myself but I really enjoy it as well as putting product together and packing them. Getting paid weekly as well. – less

Poor follow-up by QPS. Website is also very unreliable.
Job Searcher (Former Employee), Madison, WI – October 18, 2012
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
I've "attempted" to apply to numerous jobs on QPS's job website. No matter what internet browser or computer I use, the website will crash, redirect me, or it takes 5-minutes for the next page to work.

Numerous times I have also attempted to contact them via e-mail; no replies after several weeks (along with several e-mail attempts). If you see a job – more... come up, hope that it isn't QPS that you have to deal with. – less

Administrative Assistant (Current Employee), West Allis, WI – May 26, 2012
QPS is a temp agency, they have placed me on two work assignments this year. Both jobs were adminstrative assistant jobs, my co-workers were frendly and very helpful. At this point no job assignments that I was placed on were hard, I caught on very quickly. I have no complaints about managment. I had the ability to gain knownledge with SAP and Profit – more... Maker 2010. I obtain knowledge on invoice vouching. I am very pleased with QPS. – less
