A few things about QTS. Managers/directors/site managers typically have no clue what their teams do. Fraternization is big if you are into that. They do not care about you, no training for you unless you can make them more money by getting it. No direction. Ridiculous time lines to get things done. Very reactive rather than a proactive company. Hope the newer C level likes you, if not you're on the expendable list.
