Quality Group Homes was established in the early 1980's to provide residential treatment and foster care services for a wide realm of ethnic and culturally diverse adolescents who require special care and a secure environment. This includes seventy two level 10 beds, twenty-one level 11 beds and twelve level 14 beds designated for adolescents certified as Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED). Quality Foster Care Agency provides foster homes throughout California for children who cannot return to biological families or require transitional care during the reunification process.
