Warehouse Operations Manager:
Oversee Dry Goods and Livestock Production staff
Accomplish warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, motivating, and disciplining employees.

Improve Operational Efficiency:
Research, Identify, and implement automatic and manual control processes with a focus on improving accuracy and efficiency while generating cost savings.
coordinate with IT department to develop new strategies to improve efficiency and work with the IT team to integrate the solutions.
Develop system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout.
Develop warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
Evaluate and recommend new equipment.
Meet operational objectives:
Contribute warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Prepare and complete action plans
Implement/uphold production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
Meet financial objectives:
Review revenue and expense reports, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
Assist in developing/integrating new processes to enable a higher accuracy of inventory control.
