Cons: just the downturn in the market and dod environment.

Positive employee teambuilding events.

Pros: excellent teambuilding & benefits.
Cons: job security based on the downturn of the economy.
Enjoyed meeting with other employees on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. This gave everyone an opportunity to meet with others on a casual basis versus a formal workplace environment. Lots of positive things took place at these events.
