Hi all,
I am trying to add valence hydrogen atoms to a molecule containing 8500 carbon atoms. I read that GaussView 5 has the capability to select all atom and then add valence. Unfortunately, I am using GaussView 3.09. Does anyone know if my version of GaussView has a similar feature? If I tried to add the valence to each carbon by hand, I feel that I would miss some of the carbon atoms, not to mention how time consuming that would be.
