Assembler/Production, Sandpoint, ID - October 19, 2017
I was happy when I was first offered this job. But it took less than a week for me to find the true nature of this place. The cell leads are great, but the managers are too busy sitting at their computers to actually lead. The upper management only takes interest in your work when the FAA is conducting an inspection. Usually they spend their time in their offices avoiding any real work and questions. The pay is sub par. Upper management always has new cars but they can't afford decent tools to do your job. I will say this. Management is great at dodging hard questions like raises, budget, and employee retention. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place like the plague.
