Very negative, unfriendly, and unsupportve. Workers are very unhappy with the way they are treated. Company puts profit before people!

Horrible company. They send u to locations two hours away sometimes. They are only concerned about how many patients you see in a day and how many co pays u get from the patients. You have to do all the paperwork, blood draw, processing and half the time you don't get a break. It's nothing but a human factory.

Stressful. Stressful. Stressful. Thisbis why they have an Employee assistance program so those people can "cover up" the real problem. Before the company grew too fast while underprepared it was a hopeful place to have a career. Now, as of 2017, its just a job. The Entire upper management in the Lenexa KS office and Lees Summit MO office only do the bare minimum. Which means EVERYONE underneath them has to pick up all the pieces and everyone SUFFERS. This company no longer has a core value system that they stand by. This is a "has been" company and will continue to decrease is quality. Seek jobs elsewhere.

The company grew too much, too soon. Somebody dropped the ball somewhere and the ENTIRE company is suffering. They need to do an undercover boss episode otherwise....another company will surely Walmart (better company) the Kmart (Quest Diagnoatics/ExamOne)!

The work culture at Quest Diagnostics is confusion. Quest has so many unnecessary steps and jobs that it easy for patient specimens to fall through the cracks. I have witnessed on many occasions where patient care has been shifted from department to department. The environment allows for too many hands to be involved in the end result.
