Cook/Dishwasher, Waco, TX - August 30, 2017
My day at work was long and tire-sum.just like most days at work are for most i clock in at 5:00 ; grab a cloth from the office and back up who ever was doing the flour cart for that night. Then around maybe 6:15-6:30 i would filter out the french fries stoves ;' also would scrap the grease pan an depose of the grease also would do the same for the main cooking stoves. Around about 8:00 it was time for trash to go out and who ever was doing the flour cart would get to was dishes; after all that was done it was time to wipe off tables and clean the wall for the fringe. finally the hardest part of the night was floors .
