Field Supervisor/Project Manager, Kent, WA - December 8, 2017
They have a great benefits program. I never caught wind of a true business plan. Best as I could tell the model is to get as many projects as they can and not worry about installation, quality or deadlines until the customer complains. They offer little to no training or support. Employees (from Operations to laborers) either catch on or they don't. Installers are consistently asked to compromise their quality in order to increase production. It may be a great company, perhaps I just signed on within a weak region. There are a lot of good people at this company, I hope they can turn it around before it's too late.
