CDL A Truck Driver (Former Employee), Brentwood, NHApril 25, 2014
Pros: 14 hour days well till you hit your 70
Cons: to many to list
I have worked there for two years and from day one they are looking to fire before layoffs come in the fall. If you like going to job sites that suck then this is your place. Downtown Boston your favorite place this is your company. Well thats not for there boot lickers though. Say goodbye to talking on your Bluetooth to you will be fired for that but – more... they will call you all day. O and all the equipment is bs so don't get stopped cause you will be fired even after they tell you to drive it. Luckily I quit before they screwed over my record. Save yourself the hassel and don't work there. – less

Production Assembler (Former Employee), Chilhowie, VAOctober 12, 2013
Pros: 3 breaks, co-workers and managers are easy to get along with
Cons: health care
its a fast pace job that i loved working, i learned alot working for this company that will help assist me in a future job similar to the environment and duties of this job. the hardest part of this job is standing all day when you are working overtime. the most enjoyable part is getting along with others and working at a fast pace that makes the day – more... go by faster. – less

Hard work pays off
Forklift (Former Employee), PortervilleMay 16, 2013
Pros: job experience
Cons: fast pace and seasonal
I learned a lot from the people at work and customers who picks-up pallets of bag product. If you come to work ready then your work comes easy, but if you come to work with issues then you fall behind. It's a good job to get forklift experience, production, and maintenance. You must be willing to do the work, because hard work pays off at the end. I – more... know it did for me. I've learned a lot from the supervisores.

When the going gets tough it's easier to complain about your job and co-workers. – less

Diesel Mechanic (Current Employee), Porterville, CAApril 1, 2013
Pros: free lunches
Cons: healthcare very expensive, under payed
A typical day at work is to keep the plant running at all cost with less money spent. What I've learned very little industrial mechanics. But it's not my career goal. My co-worker there are some that are good but then they ain't due to their personal issues.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!
Supervisor (Former Employee), Wauregan, Ct.December 13, 2012
Pros: none whatsoever.......
Cons: none at all.....
They offer the job with training but no one trains you they just throw you out there on the floor. They provide you with a work crew of excons and poor souls who cannot read or write. Then when they aren't getting the numbers they wonder why and blame you lol what a joke. The plant manager was knocked down a notch and threw 3 decent supervisors under – more... the bus and had them let go me included when the new GM came on to save his own skin and job. He is incompetent and never helped in any training as they promise and he was very lazy and only worried abourt eating all day on the company dime (allowance) in which he spent his limit he used to brag about it. The worse managers there and the new GM rides the coattails of everyone and knows nothing. No effort to help you and they don't leave their chairs they just bark orders over a radio lol. A bunch of morons there no doubt the worse place to work!!! – less

Productions lead (Former Employee), Wouregan, CTNovember 5, 2012
Pros: lots of hours
Cons: mandatory overtime
This job is good when its good and really bad when its bad. The management wasn't very good and the benefits were worse.
I would say the hardest part of the job would be when something brakes down and you have supervisors yelling to get it running and to get back to work witch was very often.
