A Very Busy Place to work for
Admin Assistant,Web Media Productor,Report Analyst (Former Employee) –  Foster City, CAJuly 11, 2013
What I learned from this workplace, is that it is great to get experience, unfortunately, I was a contractor, so I did not get to advance in this work place like I wanted to. The atmosphere here was very laid back.
Pros
Bagel Tuesdays, Pantry always stocked with food, and on-site dry cleaning service.
Cons
I was a contractor

The satisfaction of helping peoploe was always a winner for me, people call from all over the state needing home repairs but not knowing how to start the process; being that first step and ressolving the customer of their fears was always a get go for me.
Pros
Lots of personal growth
Cons
No clear understanding of how a call flow should go.

Too stressful
Contact Center Specialist (Former Employee) –  Beaverton, ORSeptember 17, 2017
Job is quite stressful and fast-paced, and you have to keep up with constantly changing rules of engagement. Pay seems okay, but communication is a bit difficult.
