Great Place to start a sales career
Territory Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  East Saint Louis, ILApril 1, 2013
Good place to begin your job or if you enjoy the flexibility of continuously changing jobs managers and territories. It takes a person that craves change and to a certain extent instability. Overall the compensation pack and management teams made up for the security issues.

A typical CRO
Senior Clinical Research Associate (Former Employee) –  Ann Arbor, MIMarch 16, 2015
Quintiles is a typical CRO. Since the company went public there has been undue burden on the CRAs who work there. Many of the "old guard" have left as a result. The company does have a good online learning system and each employee should take advantage of this.

Contract job requires different email systems, different time management systems and extra work
Professional Sales Representative (Current Employee) –  OhioSeptember 2, 2012
Quintiles pay depends on the contract you work on but in general the pay is less than other contractors. There is a lot of administrative work from the Quintiles side and you still need to keep up with the contracted job requirements.

Very friendly and flexible
Contractor (Current Employee) –  Durham, NCJune 8, 2015
I am working here as a contractor. Everyone is friendly and management is very flexible. They offer great opportunities of advancement if you're a permanent employee.

The only negative is that you may not become permanent even if you're a hard worker. You may be competing with other contractors for a permanent position.

Good company
Clinical Data Analyst (Former Employee) –  Marietta, GAJune 29, 2015
A typical day for me would be send data files to pharmacuetical vendors. Setup databases according to the vendors lab specifications or the company's standard format. Also setup and attend meetings regarding the status of vendors database setup or data file upload issues. Attend and participate in lab data audits.
