Upper management on nights is non existent. One works, the other guy rides around on his buggy, plays on his phone and stops production to share dirty stories and sports. A few people are expected to do the work while others stayon break or playing on their phones with the head manager.
If you can overlook the lack of a caring leadership, it's a job that keeps you busy. If you lack morals and personal values, it's easy to buddy up with management, I left this job and went to Silas trucking as a dock worker, I'm making about 18,000 more a year and management is professional.
