If you ever work in the Birmingham, AL office they will offer you a job but once you're done with training they willn give you another position title, change what team you will be on because while you were in training people were quitting. During the job offer HR will give you what your working hours will be but once you're done with training they will give you the specific hours you will work. If they have departmental meetings or monthly meetings which interfere with pre-registering patients and all patients have not been pre-registered before your shift ends then you will have to stay over until the pool is completed. If you are scheduled to be trained on specific software and your training falls during the week then you will have to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays to catch up on pre-registering the patients.

If I were in charge , develop a plan to get things done, such as organize the R1 RCM to be efficient and effective, motivate and mead employee and put control in pl;ace to make sure that our plans are followed and our goals are met. To achieved some measure of growth and success.

I have had my phone interview the same question that on the digital interview is what they will asked you on the phone interview so don't change the answer what every you put in your digital stick to it. she told me that she was here to see if i passed or fail the phone interview. so i asked her if i passed she said that someone will be calling me around 7 to 14 days so i guess that i passed and this person will let me know how much the position is. but she could not tell me if i have a face to face interview or what is next. she said that she didn't know.if i have not received a call to email her back. to find out what is going on. I received a email for the phone interview on 9/9/17 but she didn't call me until 9/20/2017. i hope this help

They offer health, vision & dental but the premiums are expensive with 20% coinsurance for EVERYTHING. Ex. ER visit $11,000; you're stuck with 20% of that ($2200) PLUS you're ER copay which is $350.
