Very flexible. Depends on where you are working.
If you ever work in the Birmingham, AL office they will offer you a job but once you're done with training they willn give you another position title, change what team you will be on because while you were in training people were quitting. During the job offer HR will give you what your working hours will be but once you're done with training they will give you the specific hours you will work. If they have departmental meetings or monthly meetings which interfere with pre-registering patients and all patients have not been pre-registered before your shift ends then you will have to stay over until the pool is completed. If you are scheduled to be trained on specific software and your training falls during the week then you will have to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays to catch up on pre-registering the patients.
The working hours for the hospital can be difficult if your working in a 24 hour department, not a Monday though Friday position
