RECO Equipment, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Sales Professional to manage a proven territory within the organization. The successful candidate will be expected to manage accounts, prospect and negotiate potential transactions.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
*Develop long- term business relationships with territory accounts by evaluating and understanding the customers business and industry.
*Conduct on-site customer visits with new and existing customers for the purpose of selling heavy equipment or accessories.
*Evaluate customer’s inventory and give equipment recommendations based on need.
*Complete basic equipment training with customer before and after a transaction
*Work internally with Corporate to maintain a positive customer account status
Minimum Qualification (Any of the below met criteria will qualify)
*BS/BA with (3) years of sales experience
*(2) years selling heavy equipment
*(5) years of outside sales experience
*Basic understanding of retail financing
*Efficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Corporate sales experience
*Proven history of sales success that includes prospecting and closing
*A basic understanding of the Industrial , Earth Moving, Construction, or Gas industry
