Position Summary / Accountability
Ensure that customers are provided with accurate and timely information on REZ-1 shipments through EDI Data cleansing, interaction with Railroad technical personnel and suggestions on REZ-1 process enhancements. Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-Process EDI errors and billing Edits on a daily basis.
-Completes daily and/or weekly captain checklist tasks.
-Complete billing close checklist.
-Identify trends, suggest improvements to current Data processes and outline changes for IT enhancements.
-Create and test EDI events from new Railroads/Ramps joining REZ-1.
-Continually train on reporting tools i.e. Railroad websites, Sequel, Hyperion.
-Provide training to other company personnel on data procedures.
-Provides responses to client and customer inquires.
-Provide secondary phone support as necessary.

-Industry experience, a plus.
-Ability to communicate with people at various levels.
-General knowledge of EDI flow.
-Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem solving abilities.
-Ability to manage, execute, and follow through with multiple tasks.
-Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language.
-Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
-Strong knowledge of REZ-1 products, services, and database structure/design, a plus.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four- year college or university; or several years related experience and/or training ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Outlook
-Strong knowledge of all available query/reporting tools (Hyperion, Cubes, dashboarding, etc.) as well as the current system databases.
