Over the years, RAB Communications has designed, developed and implemented a number of internal processes and procedures that guarantee predictable results. All standard operating procedures are documented and posted in the shop. Key directives from Management regarding operational changes are documented in the form of an Ops Bulletin and posted on the company bulletin board. Bottom line, all communications to the workforce are documented, in addition to being reviewed at group meetings. All employees receive an employee handbook. The Project Manager reviews the employee handbook with all new hires.
