This was a great company to work at and I was always able to learn new things; however, they were quick to assume things and showed favoritism toward some employees rather than others; which resulted in my leaving. Everyday was a challenge, but I was up for it. I was constantly told by my boss that I was the hardest worker there.

Pros: personal shuttle until 1am
Cons: staffing problems were very consistant
I started out on the front desk, and ended up shift manager, supervisor, and night audit supervisor. always fun people in & out of the hotel, fast paced w/ high customer service expectations & freindly but slow paced staff. the revoloving door of employees was very high, due to low pay and high responsibilities. someperks were you would get GREAT price – more... breaks on other hotles all over for working here, which was VERY VERY nice when staying in boston – less

I really enjoyed this position, the cold calling of clients, the setting up of events, the associates. It was all a great overall experience. Watching everything you had planned unfold before your eyes, and to see that it was all a success, what could be better.

I liked my job at the Radisson, I loved my co-workers and my supervisors. I would still be here if it wasnt for my asthma. The only thing I didnt like was the smoke filled environment.

A typical day at work started at 7:30 a.m. and ended when ever the housekeepers were done. The housekeepers would start at 8 am and work tell 4 or 5
I learned that however you did your job they didn't treat you right. It was never enough.
The management would change very often in the 3 years I worked there,so there wasn't much time to get to know are – more... Management.
The co-works were nice I think they were the best part of my job.
The hardest part of my job was in the summer trying to do more then one job at the same time,and doing that I would fall behind in my job.

As a dishwasher and cleaner I would walk through the kitchen areas nothing what was needed to be done first. During the lunch hour I had to keep the kitchen areas clean. Operated the dish washer making sure all dishes wa clean and put where belonged. Sweep and mop the entire floor. Wash out garbage can and garbages areas.
