Office Clerk (Former Employee) –  South Boston, MANovember 23, 2017
It was a typical office job for a typical intern. They had me doing some office work like filing entering data things like that. All in all, it was a great learning experience as well, in the business area

Some Managers Ruin the Experience
AVP (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAOctober 19, 2017
Company is positioning itself to be sold, and so controls costs including salaries and raises, bonuses, etc. Some of the new managers brought in by the new private ownership are awful, bad communicators and treat adults like children, micromanage, etc.

Good place to work
Accounts Payable Specialist (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAMay 24, 2017
It is a good place to work for. High tech, friendly and a very nice culture. Depending in what department you work for, managers can do a better job communication wise. HR does a great job keeping the employees happy. They do a lot of activities throughout the year for the staff.

Great Work Environment
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAJanuary 12, 2017
My position was Customer Service Advisor. It was very fast-paced. Must be able to multi-task throughout the job. The job requires 100% of the ability to multi-task. During the interview process you will be told you will work from home after 6 months. That is false. The hours are flexible.
Pros
Great company activities. Volunteering. Sumer parties.
Cons
Open work area. Not great work life balance.
