OTR Truck Driving
Over The Road Truck Driver/OTR (Current Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXMay 8, 2017
This type of career (Truck Driving) is not for everyone. You make it enjoyable or you will be miserable. Solitude has a way of messing with the mind. If you can adapt to this lifestyle then this career can and will be very rewarding!
Pros
Great company, dispatch, miles, and pay
Cons
Solitude and not enough home time

Great place to start out
Truck Driver Class A OTR (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXMay 3, 2017
You will stay out 24-7 unless you ask for time off. you need to keep your tuck on time or you will get bad loads. What they ask off you is very reasonable and easy.

good company, flexibility is good during those times when you need to be off. I like traveling over the road. The trainers will give you hands on and it was a pleasure

Low pay
Truck Driver (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXDecember 17, 2016
This company makes so much money off their drivers by paying them bottom of the barrel. Sure the company trains you, but the training doesn't transfer to any other company. They really don't care about their drivers either.

Great company
Truck Driver (OTR) (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXSeptember 15, 2016
I was only there for a month unfortunately and found a local job afterwards, but the whole time there was perfect, great training, and great people. Consider this career if you can be away from home and/or able to be away from your loved ones. Takes a lot of dedication and focus to be successful at it. During training, be patient and receptive to what you're taught, they have a great system in play, now driving for another company I've been told that my driving compared to other new drivers is compared to more experienced drivers.
Pros
Free CDL training
Cons
Can't really say anything bad.

Terrible place/crooks
CDL Driver (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXMay 10, 2016
Terrible place. All they are good for is to get your CDL. Move on afterwards. They will hold your last paycheck to compensate for school, which was fine. Until they decided to randomly not pay me one day and I ended up quitting because they held my pay to make sure I would come to work. Then instead of taking my last check they took my last 2 checks. Filing a lot of claims with this company. Looking into lawyers as well. Get your cdl then run!!!
Pros
"Fee cdl" of ypi dont count them taking your last check
Cons
Everything.

Family orientated business with less then average pay for the drivers.
Professional Truck Driver (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXSeptember 8, 2015
Family business but the family are the ones getting all the money while they feed the drivers scraps. But if you're looking to run then this is a great place to work.
Pros
Great work environment.
Cons
Pay is less than average.

OTR Truck Driver (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXMarch 20, 2015
you are wasting your time. They will train you and assist with getting CDL but then they own you. Hard to get home time and if you are on paper logs you will be told to re-work your logs to gain more hours or to even drop loads.
Pros
its a job
Cons
everthing you can think of

Truck Driver (Former Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXOctober 1, 2014
Trucks are slow
They expect you to run 2 log books
You will only get miles if you run 2 log books
Low cpm due to the fact that they will run you 3k plus miles a week but you can't do it at 58 mph
Pros
They aren't any
Cons
Slow trucks and they force you to run illegal
