Administrative Secretary/Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAJanuary 18, 2015
For the last 4 years I have worked 35 hours a week. I recently retired from the company. Most of my years were enjoyable doing processing of transaction such as maintenances, redemptions and Roth Conversions. For one year of my time with Boston Financial, I was on a telephone group where I would talk to the clients and try to resolve their question or process a request (redemption or maintenance). I found being on the telephones to be very tense. You were graded on your telephone manner as well as your response time. My most enjoyable part of working at Boston Financial was the people that I worked with. I developed many new friends. The Managers as well as the upper Management could be very difficult and they are the reason I retired so early.
