Working at Rainbow, you need to have compassion and desire to work with this specific population (brain and spinal cord injuries) If you have a passion for that, the job will be better for you. Just a warning, the HR department and people of administrative/ management roles are absolutely terrible at communicating. If something needs to be done in a quick manner, it won't happen at this company. Favoritism is also very high at this company as well.
Free food, variety of paid community outings, some down time.
Terrible HR department, they play favorites, Management is too busy to respond to e-mails, good workers are taken advantage of, communication is absolutely dreadful.
