Raising Canes pays bi-weekly, if you don't know what the current pay period is ask a manager.

Once they tell you which period it is, calculate it. From the start of a new period you'll get paid in 2 weeks for the previous and current week.

The interview process is very laid back. At my store, they had two seperate interviews in order for two different managers to get an idea if they wanted to hire me or not. It's a very comfortable interview, they ask you questions about what you think your work ethic is like, what you do in your daily life, and they try to have conversation with you. Just relax and be yourself. Dress nice but it isn't necessary to be in extremely fancy clothing.
