A fun and fast pace workplace
Assistant Manager (Current Employee), Pine Bluff, ARFebruary 16, 2015
Pros: bonuses and health insurance
Cons: they close late around 5a.m.
A typical day at Rally's is making sure we meet the standard service and quality of food. Its basically a fast pace workplace everyday is a learning experience where we have to keep a service time of 150, upsell products, and maintaining the quality of the food. There are days where I would have to hire new hires and train the new hires to be up to standards with how we operate our restaurant. Working at Rally's is a challenge everyday because we have those customers who always coming off rude but being apart of the team we have to be considerate of other regardless how rude people are. The co-workers are very excellent because they know how to handle any situation in a professional manner and there very good at taking orders from the managers. But the most enjoyable part of my job is knowing that I serve over 1,000 people quality and great food.

Team Member (Current Employee), Louisville, KYMay 12, 2014
Cons: short breaks
Working at this resturant I seen some things I would have never thought I would see behind the closed door of a fast food resturant. They served food to the customers that had fell on the floor and it was a discrace to even say I worked there. I really did not learn anything and the hardest part was being on my feet for long hours.

Pros: sales was great inventory was great my boss smile
Cons: rude customers, rude employee's
On a typical day Rally's would be slow i learn that the more cars you serve and get out the better the service sales for your shift. When i became maneger it was an all of a sudden thing i didnt recieve the right training for the position but i taught myself what i needed to know. The hardest part of my job was becoming at first but when i got the idea of becoming a manager. The most enjoyable part of my job was meeting different people and seeing all the smiling faces.

What I learned at rally's
Crew Member (Former Employee), South Holland, ILApril 20, 2012
Pros: good pay, hours
Cons: management
A typical day at work with this company is a little loud and lack of respcet.

I learned alot about the fastfood and how stressful it can be.

my co-workers were very nice and respectful and always show team work.

The hardest thing about this job is tranning and learning new things.

I got a chance to learn a new trade and learn new things.
