A typical day at work consisted of 'putting out fires', reforecasting budgets, negotiating contracts, working with local governing agencies, handling insurance and lender inspections and reporting, personal contact with tenants.

Management was adequate, and there was constant discussion on how to handle certain day to day operations, as the regional manager did not come from a management background.

My co-workers were great - in all phases of operations; they were caring and loyal employees, so it was a pleasure to work with them.

Hardest part of the job: explaining operations policies and procedure to immediate supervisor. Chatting almost every day by supervisor that took up much of my time, so I would have to work more at night or weekends.

Most enjoyable: completed challenging projects ie. ADA compliance, capital improvements and the friendships on the job.
