POSITION: Electrical Engineer
LOCATION: Greenville, Ohio

OVERVIEW: The Electrical Engineer will play a significant role in manufacturing process refinement - improving productivity, and Quality performance. In this role, the Electrical Engineer will provide technical support for new product launches and existing business. This role will also partner with team members to develop and document manufacturing processes to ensure that parts can be manufactured in a capable cost effective manner.

  • Strong problem solving ability, including demonstrated ability to effectively design, execute, report on, and draw conclusions from experiments
  • Analytical thinking to anticipate on changing business, project and supplier needs
  • Excellent communication, organization, follow-up and documentation skills
  • Collaborative spirit, diligence, enthusiasm, responsibility, integrity, and a willingness to learn


  • 4 year Electrical Engineering Degree
  • 1-3 years experience in manufacturing process refinement
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
  • Ability to interpret and diagnose electrical problems resulting from design or manufacturing issues
  • Manage projects with a focus on maintaining schedule and budget
  • Ability to recognize the importance of quality and safety within a manufacturing environment
  • Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, you will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship


  • Educational focus to include at least one of the following: power electronics, motor drives, electric motor design, mechatronics, electromagnetics, or embedded control systems
  • Preferred educational focus on Power and/or Motor
  • Experience leading capital expenditures projects for equipment
  • Ability to design AC/DC electric motors
  • Experience with performance and specification of hard & soft magnetic materials, permanent magnets, and electrical steel
  • Experience with magnetic field and thermal FEA modeling
  • Experience using software such as: Matlab, SPEED, Infolytica, ANSYS
