Less than every two minutes, somewhere in the United States, someone is sexually assaulted. In Colorado, one in four women and one in seventeen men will be affected by this issue in their lifetime. Speak up and break the silence surrounding one of the most prevalent yet lowest reported and prosecuted crimes!

Denver’s Rape Assistance and Awareness Program is seeking passionate, qualified men and women for our Community Outreach team. We work toward long-term social change through community education and awareness. Come join us in the fight against sexual violence!

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to social justice
  • 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Available to work between the hours of 2:00PM-10:00PM, M -F

Responsibilities:

  • Educating the community about sexual abuse and assault
  • Building community awareness around the organization’s programs
  • Recruiting volunteers and generating resources

Compensation:
$400-$550+ per week (full time)
$250-$350+ per week (part time)
