Working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Helping them with their daily living skills and helping them become more independent. I've learned to have patience with this job and you can't hold everybody to a high standard. Co-Workers are helpful for the most part. Some are selfish at times and lazy. Management is okay to an extent. Sometimes when things get tough your boss may not have your back and throw you underneath the bus and play stupid. Hardest part of the job is the high turnover rate. The most enjoyable part of the job is the clients.
