Energetic, Fun, Family Friendly and Innovative Environment
Some of everything (Former Employee), Port Orange, FL – April 3, 2014
Pros: shared ideas
Cons: some bad apples bring down the bunch but there are few
I have never worked for a company like Raydon. For the most part people are eager to work and happy to be there. You have the chance to affect change because they are always open to improve their products and concepts and listen to ideas no matter what level of the company you are in. Some people who work there don't realize how good they have it because they have been there 20 yrs plus and just take it for granted, they don't know what the real world working environment is like these days. I would work for Raydon the rest of my career if given the chance.
The product out come was rewarding for our miliatry
Corporate Buyer (Former Employee), Port Orange, FL – February 18, 2014
Pros: benefits were paid by company
Cons: no room for advancment and others were not willing to train they were selfish people
It was rewarding with the fact that the military trained on the product that was developed by this company. With that said I took part in that because I was the one buying the parts to complete these builds. I support our troops with all my heart and desire to buy the best materials to train them to save lives for our freedom. God Bless America .
