Have a better management staff that cares about the workers / drivers as drivers are out at 6am back at 6pm there should always be someone there to help.

By seeing what has been said, as far as long work hours normal in the delivery industry.But what in wrong is not the right msnagers, managers should be there to take care of the drivers. I have been a contractor for 27 years with united vans lines without the right support were destined to fail.

Hire much more people assign certain tasks to certain groups. stop expecting customer service do and deal with EVERYTHING!!
