Debt Negotiator (Former Employee), New York, NYNovember 22, 2013
Through working with LHDR I have gained alot of experience in the debt industry. Also learned how to deal with irate customer issues when put under extreme circumstances. Although the company does not have the best BB rating, LHDR has taught me skills that can be used in various fields.

One of my favorite positions.
Technical Support Specialist (Former Employee), New York, NYSeptember 20, 2013
Pros: great work environment full of innovative people.
Cons: other than it being located in midtown manhattan there are no cons.
Razorfish has a great work environment. It's very fast paced but your are given all the tools and encouragement to be your best. Most employees are young, innovative and very easy going. Management always worked to bring employees together through events, meetings and other fun activities. I was sad to leave but was relocating out of state to Hawaii. – more... I would definitely work for Razorfish again in the future. – less

Associate Media Director (Current Employee), New York, NYAugust 5, 2013
Great place to work; great culture. Throughout many changes, Razorfish has remained consistent to its core beliefs and cultures. You will learn a lot working there. However, choose the area wisely. Technology and creative are their core bread and butter with media falling last. Limited media accounts can make it difficult to navigate and gain further – more... experience. – less

Razorfish is a great company to work for because it finds hidden talent to employ and does not overwork its employees.

Challenging work with people who have lives outside of work. Work in multi-disciplinary teams of super smart people who don't have a lot to prove.

Pros: employee benefitss
Cons: poor management
While the agency is dynamic and well managed, the finance department struggles to maintain good morale due to a totalitarian management style.

Hot Mess, But Enjoyable
Freelance Director of Strategy (Former Employee), ChicagoApril 2, 2013
Pros: the work is cutting-edge, the clients are top-notch, the benefits are outstanding - lots of paid time off
Cons: disorganization in administration and operations, poor leadership/direction - not the most talented in digital/interactive strategy, just the best salespeople
Love the culture, the pace and the type of work. The clients are leaders in their respective industries and the work is cutting edge. It is a fun, enjoyable place to work.

However, the management team did not impress and the collaboration across functions did not seem to work well. I found the company a hot mess from an internal organziation and administration – more... perspective. But if you can deal with the chaos from the left hand/brain not talking with the right hand/brain, you will love it. – less

Interesting work in relaxed atmosphere
analyst and consultant type (Former Employee), concerned about confidentialityMarch 8, 2013
Pros: talented people, great accounts, good experience
Cons: no clear career pathing and criteria for promotion, interdiscipline collaboration uncommon, not punctual
Razorfish provides a calm, casual environment in which employees set their own hours as long as they do what it takes to get the job done.

This is a good place for learning lots of tools and best practices for your career. Long-term career growth could use some major refining. Management is aware, has acknowledged it, and put forth a plan to correct – more... this shortcoming.

Co-workers are quirky and brilliant. However, no one speaks to you unless you speak to them first.

Depending on what discipline you're in, the hardest part of job is not always seeing how your work ultimately benefits the client. – less

Job of a lifetime
Telecommunications Administrator (Former Employee), New York, NYFebruary 12, 2013
Pros: everything
The best company i ever worked for. Atmosphere was amazing. The people were the friendliest. The job was exciting. Everyday was like a new adventure. Co-workers made you feel like you were part of a family. I loved the mix of culture and the fact that every month they would do something to get everyone together from all departments. Pros: nice people
Cons: no job security, no follow-through (nuff said)
Nice people to work with. My coworkers were fantastic. Liked what I did. There was a lack of follow-through on the items that I created, so I never understood what was going on, but the rest of it was great.
