While the agency is dynamic and well managed, the finance department struggles to maintain good morale due to a totalitarian management style.

Love the culture, the pace and the type of work. The clients are leaders in their respective industries and the work is cutting edge. It is a fun, enjoyable place to work.

However, the management team did not impress and the collaboration across functions did not seem to work well. Nice people to work with. My coworkers were fantastic. Liked what I did. There was a lack of follow-through on the items that I created, so I never understood what was going on, but the rest of it was great.
