All my co-workers were very helpful and they helped a lot to learn many things in quality assurance.

Since I began my employment with RBC Centura when it was very small, I had the opportunity to learn a great deal about risk management and many more aspects of Construction Lending. My knowledge and expertise enabled me to spearhead the development of multiple departments as they became necessary. I handle incoming calls from Canadian contact centers and US branches to assist them with account openings, customer account issues, and provide accurate information from RBC's policy and procedures manuals.

Was assigned to review a mortgage calculator that a consultant had prepared for the bank for consistency and accuracy. I conducted the review by applying some accounting techniques. My supervisor did not tell me what exactly he wanted me to do, that was the hardest part. No co-worker was familiar with the calculator since it was new.

As I started detecting – more...  some inconsistencies and inaccuracies, the assignment became interesting. I was in touch with the consultants to draw their attention to those errors which they appreciated so much.

It's a great place to work. However, I have an hour and thirty minute commute daily that is wearing me down. I need a closer job doing, if possible, the same job with the same or better pay.

Aside from the CSM, this was best job that I every had. It was a pleasure to work for RBC (Centura)

Rbc was an great place to work. People were kind and good people. We were a family!

Handled heavy phone volume, maintained client accounts, wire transfers, IRA distributions,ACATS and fed wires.

Resolving differences and making adjusted entries where required. Great team work and the ability to cross train in other areas. Very warm and friendly environment.

The most enjoyable part of the job is finding differences and clearing the general ledgers. The hardest part was after conversion after they implemented a new system.

I learned alot about banking and finance. I was able to meet alot of people.

I took work experience at high school and worked as a student at RBC royal bank. I have leanred soo many new things and hands on cash money orders/draft, cheques and others. This term only lasted for 6 months( semester)I I have asked for a job that time i was enrolling at SAIT taking buisness, and they needed a full time during that time. Very focused on making a wonderful work environment for employees.

Competitive Pay, Fair Treatment of employees, Established practices and good HR services. Nice 401K program and vacations.

Fair overall, but positions ended and moved around a lot. They were fair in looking for other positions suited for you. Employer was sold to another lender and many jobs were displaced.

Challenging work environment and job satisfaction. Good team structures.

It is a good place to work and has great benefits. This company believes in advancement inside the company and transfer to an area closer to you if needed.
