Inconsistant Work Flow, Management is lazy
Maintenance Coordinator (Current Employee) – Franklin, TN – February 5, 2014
Contact the crew members and give them the day's and updates on each project's status. Fill out project summaries, Schedule any subcontractors and material deliveries. Send, via email, each maintenance tech's routes and work orders. Receive and organize all completed work orders and invoices, enter them into the computer to send to corporate. Review a new work orders, determine which work order will go to which tech and distribute all work orders. Turn in all invoices for completed work order to corporate.
Management was lazy, would latke up to 5-7 days to receive approval to replace broken appliances. Management would tell me not to replace any thing until I received approval from corporate. Tenants would call in work orders and management would not get the work order to me for at least 3- 5 days after the order was originally called in. This caused tenants to be very frustrated I would have extensive damage cause from water leaks because the management was late to give me the work orders.
