Fast paced environment but fun
Key Operator (Former Employee), Washington, DC – April 18, 2013
Pros: always busy with contract work and delightful people
RCI was a place that everyone seemed to want to work for. Their employees seem to have been there forever. When I finally got accepted, I could see why no one resigned. Fast paced and busy was a daily thing. I learned quite a bit working at RCI. The hardest part of the job was just being too busy and never really able to relax for a mere second.

Casual workplace with a game room and cafeteria.
Data Entry (Former Employee), Indianapolis, Indiana – April 2, 2013
Pros: cafeteria, management, atmosphere
Cons: budget cuts, part-time hours
I had an office where I sat and typed comment cards. I enjoyed working with all different kinds of people from around the world. I didn't have set hours and could also work from home. It was a professional workplace where it was organized. There were opportunities for advancement. The only downfall was not knowing if your department was going to cut – more... from budget. – less

Best Company I've worked for so far!!!
Vacation Guide (Former Employee), Indianapolis, IN – February 3, 2013
One of the best experiences in my working career. Great pay and excellent benefits. This company definitely knows how to take care of its employee. If it had not been for a sudden illness in my immediate family that forced me to leave the area for about a month, I would've gone back, with no doubt in my mind

Enjoyable work place.
Vacation Guide (Former Employee), Indianapolis, IN – January 22, 2013
Pros: healthcare, vacation time, and work environment
Working a call center can be mentally taxing. At RCI, they provide a employee break areas where you can decompress during your down time. The management is helpful and co-workers lend you a hand when you need one.

Hardest part of the job
Case Manager (Former Employee), Minneapolis, MN – January 21, 2013
Pros: flexible hours
Cons: contract ended early
The hardest part of the job was trying to stay motivated to make the calls from home. Telemarketing can lead to many rejections therefore to persevere and want to continue to make more calls was difficult. However, it helped me learn to push through the tough calls and the friendly calls made up for the rest.

Productive and fun job with excellent benefits!
Vacation Guide (Former Employee), Carmel, Indiana – November 26, 2012
Cons: lack of advancement opportunities in customer service
Overall,a great place to work because of the culture. I learned a lot about how to interact with people from all over the world, as well as a lot about geography and different cultures from around the world. That was, perhaps, the most enjoyable part of the job. The hardest part was really selling the alternate vacation destinations and their value.

Lack of communication between management and field
Millwright Journeyman (Current Employee), Beaumont, TX – September 12, 2012
Pros: working with skilled and dedicated co-workers.
Cons: a sense of lack of direction or involvement from management.
The hardest part of the job was an apperent lack of cohesian, lack of information from management being expressed to the craftspeople in the field which indicated a lack of concern on the part of upper management. There were several external events that caused a lot of down time for the project not typical of such jobs. This left the workers with a – more... lot of missed time with no further explanantion from mamagement or assurance that these circumstances could be avoided for the remainder of the project. – less

Interesting, fast-paced, busy work environment
Senior Field Operations Manager (Former Employee), Rochester, NY – August 6, 2012
Pros: good benefits
Cons: under-staffed
Level 3 is a technology-based employer with many good devoted employees. Management expects a great deal from its employees who consistantly deliver. Continually learning new technology is a constant challange for many of us, and one of the most exciting aspects of the work environment. Working with numerous in-house support systems is possibly the – more... most challenging part of the job. – less
