Typical day at consist of training new employees on company policies. What I learn is dealing with new challenges that are set upon me and being able to finish a project once assigned. My management skills consist of motivating employees, setting goals for myself to accomplish and being understanding and compassion towards staff. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with staff who I consider to be all team players.
