Ready Set Rocket is seeking an experienced online marketer to join our team as the Digital Marketing Manager to both create and optimize online marketing campaigns against client budgets. The perfect fit is a strategic thinker with analytics expertise and a curiosity to find the "why" behind data.

What You'll Do

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will join a team of experts in marketing, design, creative ideation, strategy and development. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be fully responsible for the execution of acquisition campaigns for our clients across SEO, SEM, Social and Display campaigns. Additionally, you'll manage marketing deliverables including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting of complex acquisition and brand marketing goals across a range of high-profile clients.

What You'll Contribute

Provide insights for client online goals and objectives during planning phases via site research
Develop keywords and phrases relevant to various client business models
Write keyword advertising copy
Manage entire marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
Interact with clients via conference calls, email and face-to-face meetings to facilitate client deliverables and marketing meetings
Generate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for all clients, including ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
Provide analysis of results and optimization ideas to Account Managers in order to grow accounts and improve client goals
Optimize marketing accounts against KPIs
Ensure that all client documentation is produced in the standard format, follows internal documentation processes and is reviewed and approved prior delivery to the client
Work directly with accounts team to help facilitate client meetings and provide online marketing expertise as needed
Maintain an understanding of industry trends and provide relevant insights to teams as to how they might affect client accounts

Are We a Good Match?

College degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
3+ years of online marketing experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
Google Analytics experience required, experience with additional platforms preferred
Excellent verbal skills and impeccable written communication skills required for this role
Extremely analytical, detail-oriented and organized
Demonstrate mastery of online marketing tactics including the execution of keyword builds, bids and bid optimization strategies, implementation of new tactics, and related activities.
Demonstrated track record of success in the industry
Experience in prioritizing a heavy workload and the ability to meet and exceed client deadlines with accuracy
Strong history of managing SEM and SEO campaigns
Experience creating reports and recommendations for clients based on account performance
Experience with content management systems and web publishing systems
Ability to confidently discuss the use of web technologies as they apply to internet marketing
Agency experience preferred
Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
Expert Excel skills are vital to this role
