Boutique family friendly Company
Owner/Operator (Former Employee) –  Bronx, New YorkOctober 10, 2014
Meeting and greeting new prospects. Processing them for qualifications as renters or buyers. Dealing with repair needs of tenants under management. Training co brokers which was the hardest part. The most enjoyable part was when you were able to give the keys to an new apartment to a prospect or when you were able to successfully help a tenant resolve a problem.
Pros
Being in charge.
Cons
Not totally in control of my day.
