We are on the verge of unlocking exponential growth and are seeking a key player in the Junior Project Coordinator role who can help streamline our processes.

Job Description

The RealCrowd Junior Project Coordinator will play a key role in onboarding new clients and collecting property information for investments listed on the website. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

*Collection of information directly from real estate companies (including applications to utilize services, property information for potential investment offerings and supporting documents, etc)
*Arrange marketing materials, including hiring contract photographers and videographers
*Client follow up through to completion of transaction
*Mange client accounts including addressing all client issues and questions as well as following-up on any outstanding items.
*Support service and production team in reaching overall company revenue and retention goals
*Learn, master and help create tools used for new client development and retention

Desired Skills and Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:

*High school graduate required, recent college graduate preferred
*Commercial real estate experience a plus, but not required
*Strong organizational skills
*Proficient in computer use, including Word, Excel, email, file organization, etc.
*Strong project management skills preferred
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
*Act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters
*Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities
*Responds quickly to client requests and works to provide appropriate information
*Accept accountability for the quality of their work
