Who We’re Looking For
RealScout is seeking a driven, highly-energized marketing candidate who will leverage various disciplines and pull insights from behavioral economics to attract new customers.
This position is designed to find a strategy within the parameters of a scalable and repeatable method for growth, driven by product and inspired by data.
Experience in market strategy and brand positioning
Data junkie with off the chart critical thinking, analytical and quantitative skills
Exceptional writing/editing skills and the ability to adopt style, tone and voice
Knows the ins and outs of inbound marketing - SEO, SEM, blogging, podcasts, webinars, display, SMM, lead nurturing and scoring
Launch new and scale existing marketing channels
Develop, test, measure, optimize and scale ideas consistently
Drive CAC down, CLTV up
"Growth hacks" to increase reach, activation, engagement and virality
Create content to support all of the above including presentations, guides, product videos, customer success stories, blog posts, info graphics, webinars, flyers and more
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
