Obtain approval by client at the time of delivery to ensure they are meeting expectations;
If a deliverable does not meet the client's expectations, the following occurs:
Project Manager gets feedback from the client to identify what specifically was wrong;
Project Manager reviews the Scope of Work and Expectations which were identified up front;
If the issue was not originally identified in the Scope of Work or Expectations, an update is made and communicated to the project team;
If the issue was identified in the Scope or Work or Expectations and the team member did not properly follow the instructions, the Project Manager will review the problem with the team member as soon as possible to take corrective action;
All work in progress will be reviewed to ensure the same mistake does not happen again;
For those practices not included in the Scope of Work or Expectations, a detailed best practices log will be maintained for the project.
