Chief Inspiration Officer (Evening Program Host)
POSITION: Chief Inspiration Officer (Evening Program Host)
This position will have the biggest day-to-day impact on Reality Changers’ low-income, inner-city students. As the host of evening programs, this person’s primary responsibilities will be to:
Manage the College Town program for 200+ students in the 8th-11th grade
Give a 30-minute instructional lesson and a 30-minute inspirational message to each of College Town’s different cohort of 50 high school students every Monday-Thursday. In other words, this means preparing two separate lessons per week (and delivering them four times each) over the 40-week school year.
Guide two major initiatives (get 1,000 people to attend the College Town Festival in the fall and 1,000 people to attend America’s Finest in the spring)
In short, we’re looking to find the most creative, engaging, and inspirational speaker that exists. The position is designed to be 40 hours per week, but we are willing to configure it as 20 hours per week (4:30pm-9:30pm, Mon-Thurs) if the most qualified person desires.
