Good place to work. Typical day involves the usual tech support, change passwords, install printers, setup email across several different platforms, document everything in a ticket. I learned a good bit about the various Apple products and the new Microsoft platform by hands on support. The users are normal users, frustrated sometimes but for the most part easy to service. The system takes some time to learn but once you work it out it's good. Only issue I have is the benefits. Best part of the job of course is casual Fridays. The culture is pretty laid back. Management for the most part leaves you alone.
Laid back environment, casual Fridays.
