Overall it's a good place. There's a lot of passion and energy and some of the newer management hires are fairly high caliber. The only minor con is that the place is more political than a startup should be. Additionally it does feel like there's some fat to trim, especially in the overhead side (project management, product marketing, the large number – more... of directors & vp's). – less
