As most of you know, The Rebecca Center strives to constantly create and develop effective programs to improve the quality of life of people with special needs. We find it necessary to innovate and explore various ideas and innovations. Each year we bring to the special needs community something new, different and innovative in order to meet the needs – more... of diversity. This year is no different. The Rebecca Center is proud to announce the launching of a much awaited program: Music and Early Intervention for Child Development.
