Hot and stale after a while
Fluid Bed Operator (Former Employee) – Moses Lake, WA – June 27, 2017
The job itself was never too bad, just the feeling of constantly being underappreciated was overwhelming. Forced overtime was a big issue for a lot of the time that I worked here as was the rotating shifts from days to nights. Made it impossible to ever really develop an actual sleep schedule, another issue being the people and company themselves never pushed their employees to do better and further their knowledge in a way that would allow them to move up through the ranks. Certifications became boring and never were the challenge that I sought for, and if you wanted to go home on a slow day with nothing going on you had to use PTO to leave instead of just not getting paid for the hours you weren't there. Not without receiving an incident.
Boring and could never just go home on slow days without wasting PTO
