Order entry, inside sales of industrial chemicals, solvents, and fire-stopping products. Processed replacement orders for defective and damaged products. Made entry adjustments in SharePoint to communicate results to accounting, shipping, and management.
A typical day would be me processing PO numbers, filing, faxing and responding to clients via phone and emails. What I learned was how to work side by side with the manager to get all clients needs attended to. Management was very professional and hepful at all times. The hardest part of the job was making sure all departments paperwork all is processed but the challenge was accomplish. the most enjoyable would be learning different software databases.
