My typical day at work inclues; Checking voice mails, returning all messages, Answering all incoming calls,respond to e-mails, Checking fax server, solving and respoding to all customer discrepancies, resolve incomplete orders, contact retailer and consumers,Checking returned mail contacting customers, Data entry/order input,assist wherehouse when in need of help.run all outgoing mail through postal machine, take care of closeing procedures.
My current job has taught me what it is like to work with retailers as well as consumers.Priortizing and task mangement,what it is like to work with a constanly changing, growing,new company. I have experinced what it is like to work for a company whos' owners are overseas and not physically invloved in magement. Also,There can be cultral differences in business practices, when working in a global company.
The hardest part about my job is dealing with only having one manager in the U.S. office.Everyone else is equal rank.It is hard being flexible with a small company who is still figuring things out along the way.
The most enjoyable part of my job is working with pet products, aiding in product devlopement, being able to work in almost every position company wide, expanding my knowledge, Providing a good customer experience, and building positive relashionships with my co- workers.
