On a typical day I start my work with forwarding the applications to the relevant departments. Then I usually create candidate CVs, update the in-house database and post vacancies on various job boards. I also create weekly and monthly KPIs, and any other statistics required.
Red provides a really dynamic work environment, with ambitious and well-trained consultants. The hardest part of my job is prioritising when too much is coming in.
I most enjoy at this company that everybody's opinion counts and I am surrounded by creative people and I work at a rapidly developing company.
